Effective: July 4, 2026 · sunny34.com (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and processes personal data as described below. This is a translation of the Korean policy; the Korean version prevails if they differ.
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, inquiry content
- AI chatbot consultations: conversation content; name, email, and phone number (when provided for inquiries or meeting bookings); browser session identifier
- Voice input (optional): when you use the chatbot's 🎤 button, speech is converted to text by your browser's built-in speech recognition (which may route through the browser vendor's recognition service); the audio itself is never sent to or stored on our servers.
- Newsletter subscription (optional): email address — the weekly digest is sent only after double opt-in (clicking the link in the confirmation email), and every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Meeting bookings: date/time, location, attendees, agenda, contact details (including email verification)
- Collected automatically: access logs, cookies, service usage statistics (visit counts, etc.)
- If payments are introduced: payments are processed by payment providers (PG) such as Stripe or Toss Payments; the Company does not store card numbers or other payment credentials.
2. Purposes of use
- Responding to inquiries and project consultations; coordinating and notifying meeting schedules (confirmation/change/reminder notices and emails)
- Minimal statistical analysis to improve service quality (satisfaction, usage)
- Transaction processing and legal compliance when payment services are used
3. Retention and deletion
- Data is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled; consultation and chat records are automatically deleted after a maximum of 90 days.
- Where e-commerce or other laws require retention, data is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time. Submit requests via the contact form or the contact below; the Company acts without delay.
6. Security measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access, access-log monitoring
- Data minimization and automatic expiry (TTL) on stored personal data
